• Do you spend a lot of time in front of your computer, at your desk or driving?
• Do you have pain and tension in the neck and/or shoulders?
• Have you had a shoulder or neck injury in the past which has left them feeling weak, stiff or painful?
Poor upper body posture can lead to muscle imbalance and poor alignment which in turn can lead to pain and tension. Find out how Pilates can help to reduce the tension and pain by re-aligning joints and by improving strength and flexibility.
Come along to an informal and fun workshop with 2 fully qualified Pilates Instructors, one of whom is a chartered Physiotherapist.
